I. Objective:
The HR Associate Manager will act as a key contributor and support the HR Director in managing all HR functions, ensuring the seamless operation of recruitment, HR operations, learning and development, and employee performance evaluation. This role requires strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Operations, with a demonstrated ability to implement performance evaluation processes and support strategic HR initiatives.
II. Role & Responsibilities:
1. HR Generalist Functions:
• Support the HR Director in overseeing and managing all HR functions, including Recruitment, HR Operations, and Learning & Development.
• Act as a deputy to the HR Director, providing guidance and leadership to the HR team in daily activities.
2. HR Operations:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining updated policies and procedures.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and data management processes.
• Monitor employee records and contract management to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Regularly review and enhance C&B policies to attract and retain talent.
• Prepare and manage annual HR budgets related to compensation and benefits.
3. Performance Evaluation:
• Develop and implement performance management processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
• Conduct training for managers on performance evaluation best practices.
• Collaborate with the HR Director to identify training needs and design appropriate development programs.
4. Project Management:
• Manage HR-related projects, including system upgrades, policy revisions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement large-scale projects, such as digital transformation or HR systems deployment.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with significant expertise in C&B and HR Operations, experience working in Education industry is an advantage.
• Proven track record in implementing performance evaluation processes.
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
• Proficient in HR software and tools, with excellent analytical and data management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
