Key responsibilities
HR Assistant Manager responsibilities include Talent Acquisition and Employment Branding, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement Activities & other related TCPVN’s office management.
Job responsibilities
TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING:
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle of talent sourcing, identification, interview preparation and closing as per requests. Create strong talent pipelines for company’s current and future hiring needs
• In charge of onboarding program to ensure positive new members’ experiences.
• Execute employment branding initiatives and motivate employees to be TCPVN brand ambassadors and promote employee referral programs.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
• Participate in the TNA process together, implement learning activities following L&D’s strategies and programs, continuously seek for initiatives for better employees learning experience and maximizing learning effectiveness (E-learning resource, promote Self-learning program)
• Training report, database to better monitor and enhance training efficiency
• Support in providing guidance and training on effective Performance Management process from KPI setting, Mid-year reviews and End of year evaluations, 360° Degree Feedback
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:
• Initiate and execute culture building and employee engagement activities (New Year Party, Company trip, Wellness, Town Hall, Happy Friday-Birthday, Events for Public Holiday, ESS, etc.)
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
OFFICE-ADMIN MANAGEMENT:
• Office premise management, including utilities and vendor management
• Manage office supplies such as stationary, furniture, and pantry items
• Provide administrative support to the Company including notarization of documents, name card printing, etc.
• Manage vendor with submission of visa/residence card/work permit applications for expatriates
• Timely and accurate maintenance of taxi usage reports and ensure proper filing of expenses, correspondences, and billing records
• Ensure all office expenses do not exceed the annual set budget
• Other tasks/projects to support within HR department when happened.

Job requirements
Education • University Graduation
Work experience Strong HR background with at least 4 years of experience in HR,
Recruitment, Learning; prefer in FMCG industry
Skills and knowledge
• Interviewing & selection skill
• Communication and Employer Branding
• Confident in English/Vietnamese communication & presentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with HRIS preferred
• HR Policies & Process
Competency • Mature, careful and result-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules/requests, with
a high degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Good customer service mindset
