We are a boutique inbound travel company specializing in customized experiences for mid-range to high-end clients from the US, Europe, and Australia. With branch offices across Asia, we are committed to sustainable growth, driven by a dynamic team and competitive benefits. We are looking for a proactive, English-speaking HR Admin Executive to join our team in the travel industry. This role focuses on supporting HR operations and administrative tasks to foster a positive work environment and ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
o Manage recruitment for open positions: post ads, conduct initial screening interview, coordinate interviews with Managers, and maintain quick responses to candidates.
o Oversee onboarding for new hires, including orientation to company policies and administrative procedures.
2. Personnel Management
o Maintain up-to-date personnel files, contracts, and monitor contract renewal timelines.
o Support staff with work permits and visas, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
o Manage employee departures and termination processes according to company guidelines.
o Support visa, work permit, and other documentation processes for employees when required.
3. Payroll and Benefits
o Track staff attendance, manage leave, and prepare payroll data.
o Coordinate social insurance and personal income tax compliance.
o Oversee employee benefits and recognition programs, such as staff events
4. Office Administration
o Handle office rentals, service contracts, and maintain an equipment inventory.
o Manage and ensure adequate office supplies and resources are available for staff.
5. Policy and Compliance
o Enforce company policies and update staff on any changes of Vietnamese Labor Law
o Ensure all HR procedures comply with labor laws.
6. Employee Engagement
o Organize team-building events, company trips, and employee recognition programs aligned with the travel industry’s spirit.
o Foster a positive workplace culture through internal communication and initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written), computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• At least 2-year- experience in HR, admin executive (working in inbound travel company is a plus).
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
