ATTRACTIVE SALARY and 6 MONTHS LABOR CONTRACT SIGNED WITH A THIRD PARTY

ROLE PURPOSE
1. Manage the present
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GSP (Good Storage Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice).
Ensure that all import products meet the required quality standards before storage and distribution
2. Create the future
Ensures that products not only meet but exceed quality standards, supporting STADA’s strategy in consumer healthcare, generics, and specialty pharmaceuticals and enabling sustained growth and competitiveness in global markets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Responsible for GSP (Good Storage Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
- Responsible for GSP (Good Storage Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) of the warehouse cluster belonging to CSC.
- Manage documents related to GSP and GDP.
- Manage and draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the Logistics team.
- Train and monitor the employees to comply with GSP and GDP.
- Do the reports on pharmaceutical-related matters.
- Prepare and participate in assessments, and coordinate with inspection teams for the warehouses belonging to CSC.
- Continuously update pharmaceutical laws related to GSP and GDP.
2. Quality control for import product
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding drug quality.
- Consult and support drug preservation.
- Contact foreign suppliers to handle customer complaints about products.
- Collaborate with BU CHC and Rx to handle customer complaints if related to imported goods.
- Proceed the claim request for imported goods after confirming defects.
3. Other tasks
- Participate in evaluating and improving the operational processes of the warehouses belonging to SC.
- Participate in evaluating warehouse and transportation service providers.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
1. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical.
Good at English (both written and spoken).
2. WORKING EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, is desired.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and storage practices for medicines.
3. COMPETENCIES
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, action planning and organizing.
- Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities.
- Good communication and training skills.
