1. Role and Responsibilities (Overall key responsibilities from a helicopter point of view)
Mission
• Support administrative work to HN Team ie strategy Manager , Medical Affairs Manager and HNAs to drive medical activation plan effectively and successfully.
• Committed to respect specific rules to comply with the WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitutes and any related regulations applying locally
• Being accountable and responsible for safety

2. Main Duties and Functions
- Handle and ensure all documents support medical activation and spending document and proof of activation which are submitted from HN Team are complied with Medical “Do” and Don’t” Guideline
- Review and consolidate the reports of HNA before send to manager
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs Manager and Strategy Manager to handle material sourcing for medical activation activities as well as manage material stock at warehouse
- Work with agency for arrange logistic for symposium , gimmick & material of HN team
- Provide administrative work to support medical activation tracking on key project
- Performs other related duties of a similar type at a similar level.
- Work with distributor for required document for listing & tender process

• To provide and support the smooth and efficient administration to the Medical team to achieve the target set.
Job Specifications
Education (Minimum requirements to satisfactorily complete all job key accountabilities)
- Bachelor Degree in Business or any related fields
Major Skills/Competencies Requirements
• Good communication skill and service mind
• Good Microsoft Office especially excel and words
• Multitask skill with accuracy
Experience
- At least 1 years’ of work experience in administrative jobs
