1. Accountable for Training Operations

- Deliver training to distributors in line with the master plan.

- Address distributors' queries and complaints related to health, nutrition, and products within the assigned categories.

- Monitor the quality of training programs to ensure they are effective and achieve the desired outcomes.

- Consolidate and analyze nationwide training reports for assigned categories to ensure training needs are met and performance is enhanced.

- Coordinate with regional teams, other affiliates, and the Learning Management System team to stay updated on developments related to online training content.

2. Training Plan and Program Development

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop training plans to enhance distributors’ knowledge of health, nutrition, and product details.

- Collaborate with internal functions (Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Communication, Regional Sales) to design, develop, and deliver new training programs and supporting materials that meet the needs of distributor groups and align with the overall business training plan.

- Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials to ensure high-quality resources are used in training programs.

3. Partner Trainers Selection, Management, and Development

- Recruit and select qualified partner trainers.

- Work with the team to propose training plans and conduct "Train the Trainer" sessions for partner trainers.

- Monitor and assess the performance of partner trainers.

- Regularly gather feedback and provide motivation to partner trainers.

- At least 5 years of related experiences as a Health Coach, Nutrition Trainer, Dietitian, Supplement Product Trainer

- Hold Bachelor Degree or above with major in Nutrition, Biochemistry, Biology Technology, Food Chemistry, Doctor, Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.

- Certificate in Training, Train the Trainer or Nutrition Advisor is an advantage.

- Good analytical, logical thinking, planning ability.

- Excellent in communication and presentation skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Well-organized, result-oriented and able to work under high pressure.

- Has a positive attitude and high level of maturity.

- Be able to and willing to travel frequently.
