Head Of Risk Management Department

1. Accountabilities:

o Responsible for providing effective oversight of the company's enterprise risk management.

o Developing/implementing the risk management framework/policy, ensuring the company operates within manageable limits.

o Assisting to lead & providing advice/ consults, both directly and indirectly, cross functional task relating to risk management including Enterprise Risk Management to Risk Analytics and Modelling.

2. Risk Analytics and Modelling: ensuring efficiency data analytic & data driven oriental

o Review portfolio quality across origination, delinquency, vintage, and collection analyses & providing recommendations.

o Monitor performance of existing credit scorecards and develop new models that enhance the predictive power and TFSVN’s credit risk control strategies.

o Provide insightful analyses ranging from diagnostic analytics to predictive and prescriptive analytics support for management & decision making.

3. Enterprise Risk Management:

o Review/ control on risk management procedures and policies according to SBV’s regulations & Group’s guidelines.

o Monitor major risk categories in credit institutions: credit risk, operational risk… while coordinating & collaborating with overall company for risk management & control.

o AML, fraud risk management.

o Manage loan classification & provision management; supporting to Risk Committees.

o Set up & conduct annual crisis management programs.

o Manage Reporting tasks to local regulators & Group.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business related areas, or related disciplines

- More than 5 year working experience in risk management practices. Strong experience in risk management within credit institution.

- Sound knowledge in credit operations, lending products, and related regulatory in banking sector is a must.

- Having knowledge in data analytic, scorecards or other decision engine is a strong plus point.

- Strong analytical skill, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Experience of leading/implementing change and leading people.

- Good written and spoken English.
