Head of Retail Concept Design/ Creative Director

They bring world-class shopping, dining, and leisure experiences, attracting top international and local brands. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic R&D Expert/Director to lead concept development for our partner’s premium shopping malls, including high-end malls and mega malls. This role will be responsible for defining the overall concept strategy and tenant mix, ensuring retail projects align with market trends and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop unique and innovative retail & entertainment (R&D) concepts for premium malls. • Define and execute the tenant mix strategy, ensuring an optimal balance of retail, dining, and entertainment options. • Work closely with stakeholders to shape strategic development plans for new mall projects from the ground up. • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new retail trends and consumer preferences. • Collaborate with international and local brands to attract top-tier tenants that align with the company’s vision. • Provide hands-on leadership in all stages of mall development, from conceptualization to execution. • Ensure the project’s commercial success by optimizing leasing strategies and revenue streams.

Requirements: • Nationality: Any, but must have experience in Thailand (Thai preferred). • Proven experience in hands-on strategy development for shopping malls, ideally in premium or mega mall segments. • Strong background in retail concept development, leasing, and tenant mix planning. • Highly aggressive, proactive, and results-driven mindset. • Deep understanding of the SEA retail market, with a strong network in the industry. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive projects from start to finish. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Thai (also have Vietnamese is a plus).
