Head of Project Sales

• Collaborate with designers, architects, and developers to enhance brand visibility. • Track project progress, provide regular updates, and report key milestones to relevant stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, outlining necessary actions for successful execution. • Expand brand awareness through consistent engagement, product presentations, and catalog distribution to project partners. • Prepare quotations and finalize contracts with clients. • Work closely with consultants to influence product specifications in favor of the brand. • Provide weekly reports on client interactions, project status, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. • Minimum of five years of experience in the building materials industry, particularly in project-based sales (e.g., elevators, interior design, aluminum, glass). • Proven track record in working with investors, contractors, and architects. • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and excellent communication abilities. • Proactive, trustworthy, and willing to travel frequently to meet business demands.
