1. Planning and Budgeting
- Drive strategic vision for Paylater Cooperation strategy, including but not limited to digital sales volume through cooperation channels/ partners, risk performance across different product offers across different partners/channels; create objectives & roadmap for the development and implementation of a strong & profitable partnership management.
- Drive strategic vision for Bank-at-Work Product Program, including but not limited to product packages suitable for Bank-at-Work customer segment, sales volume through channels (traditional & digital), risk performance, profit and loss model; create objectives & roadmap for the development and implementation of Bank-at-Work Program.
- Develop and lead the implementation of Paylater & Bank-at-Work to ensure all the growth and operations target are met.
2. Product and Business Partnership Management
- Keep abreast of developments in the market landscape, and work to identify partnership opportunities
- Take key responsibility to develop and deploy product programs that are suitable for customer segments of Paylater & Bank-at-Work, or coordinate with corresponding Product management function within Product & Business Development Division to build and implement product programs suitable for customer segments of Paylater & Bank-at-Work.
- Manage a healthy Profit & Loss product portfolio utilizing suitable system setup depending on product program of Paylater or Bank-at-Work
- Responsible for driving multiple digital partnership channels to ensure continuous improvement and sustainable growth of business under the nature of projects (for partner initiation and pilot implementation phase) and business-as-usual channels (for post partner establishment and full-scale implementation)
- Manage the synthesis and harmony across all internal functions to ensure the successful initiation, implementation and scale-up of Paylater partnership channels or Bank-at-Work sales channels
3. Operations – System - Process
- Put defined Business strategies & Product programs into implementation perspective for the Department; provide insight and decision support; direct and manage to meet or exceed performance and behavioral expectations; evaluate performance; address complaints and resolve problems from employees
- Support discovery, evaluation, and implementation of key strategies and tools
- Work with BIC to analyze reports for continuous monitoring, alignment and realignment during the initiation, implementation, scaling-up stages of Partners/Channels
- Handle escalated issues to ensure all units operate sufficiently
- Provide direction, develop and continuously ensure compliance and efficiency of products and sales channels regulations, policies and procedures
- Implement and optimize automation systems and associated with business processes
- Directive of systems & supporting tools for Paylater & Bank-at-Work
4. Leadership & People Management
- Coach and develop direct reporting lines and build a strong, connected and cultural-rich team environment across departments and units within Center
- Maintain strong cooperation & cross-functional flows with Business and related departments/units
5. Reporting and Others
- Review daily/ weekly/ monthly performance of each product line – sales channel, each business functions in order to early detect issue and direct solution on-time
- Monitor periodically reports of all Paylater & Bank-at-Work Units
- Monitor any ad-hoc reports if any
- Perform special projects and other assignments as directed by Division Director, CEO and Board of Management
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree of Bachelor or Master (optional) with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics
- Min. 7 year of working experience in finance & banking
- Min. 4 years of working experience in product management/project management field
- Min. 3 years of working experience in business development, working and developing business through partnership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
- Strategic thinking & Leadership skill
- Business Acumen with Good knowledge of Digitalization & Business
- Strong Problem solving and negotiation skill
- Strong Operations management Skill
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Strong understanding of sales, product and process & marketing knowledge
- Strong project management skills with discipline to see through the completion of initiatives
