Head of Marketing Based in Indonesia
Job description
Manage and oversee the work of the Marketing Deployment Department for the Indonesian market.
Online Marketing Management: Oversee planning, quality, timelines, and budget optimization.
Offline & Trade Marketing Management: Manage plans, quality, timelines, and budget optimization.
Collaborate with Global Marketing to develop marketing plans for the Vietnam and Laos markets.
Develop and implement overall marketing strategies, including globally assigned plans and marketing plans specific to the Indonesia market across online, offline, and trade marketing.
Analyze the market, competitors, and user behavior to devise effective strategies.
Allocate resources, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with other departments (Operations, Digital/Growth, Sales, etc.) to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing activities.
Develop and implement marketing tools and solutions to automate marketing activities and customer engagement.
Participate in major company projects and provide professional insights.
Control and assess partner quotations.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Understanding the Indonesian market is an advantage.
Understanding of the operation of ride-hailing services is a plus
Strong leadership skills, willing to think big, take action, and take responsibility, with good organizational and management abilities.
Proficiency in English
