RESPONSIBILITY
You will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that will propel our brand's presence in the world's most promising markets, with a particular focus on the rapidly evolving Asian region like China, Cambodia, India, etc. Your expertise and proven track record will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of international trade, identifying lucrative new markets, and securing long-term partnerships that unlock unparalleled business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visionary Market Expansion:
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify the most promising international markets for our products and services
• Develop meticulously crafted market-entry strategies that address regulatory requirements, consumer trends, and emerging industry dynamics
• Leverage your market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and guide the company's global expansion initiatives
Transformative Sales Strategy:
• Devise and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve ambitious export sales targets
• Set measurable sales goals, create tailored strategies for market penetration, and optimize sales opportunities in existing international markets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless alignment between export sales, marketing, and operational efforts
Exceptional Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas customers, providing exceptional service and promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Develop a deep understanding of your customers' needs, pain points, and aspirations to deliver customized solutions that exceed their expectations
Impactful Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Engage in high-stakes negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients
• Meticulously draft and review export contracts, ensuring the protection of the company's interests while fostering mutually beneficial partnerships
Insightful Market Analysis:
• Conduct regular, in-depth analyses of international market conditions, including pricing trends, demand patterns, and emerging industry dynamics
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and maintain a competitive edge
Informative Sales Reporting:
• Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, notable achievements, and areas for improvement
• Communicate export sales progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively to drive informed decision-making and guide the company's global expansion strategy
Job requirements
Qualifications
• Possess a Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Have a proven track record of at least 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Export Sales Manager or in a similar leadership position, preferably within the consumer goods industry and with a strong focus on the Asian markets.
• Expertise in international sales processes, export regulations, and trade compliance is essential.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to travel internationally as required and a deep understanding of global market dynamics.
