Strategic HR Leadership
-Partner with senior management and General Managers to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving both organizational growth and cultural alignment.
-Develop and monitor overarching HR strategies, systems, and processes that support operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with legal requirements across both local and regional levels.
Talent Development and Succession Planning
-Lead initiatives for performance management, emphasizing training programs to improve individual and team performance.
Identify and cultivate top talent, building succession plans and leadership pipelines to secure the company's long-term growth.
Employee Relations and Engagement
-Serve as a strategic advisor on employee relations, supporting positive workplace dynamics and offering counsel to managers on HR-related matters.
-Spearhead engagement and retention programs, such as professional development and recognition initiatives, to enhance satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
-Direct recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to meet evolving business needs, focusing on enhancing the quality of hires and retention.
-Collaborate across regional teams to improve recruitment processes and talent management practices.
HR Analytics and Decision Support
-Provide data-driven insights to senior management through HR metrics, supporting informed decision-making on workforce planning, performance, and organizational health.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years in HR, including Operations and HRBP roles, with senior management support experience.
- International exposure through overseas education or living abroad, or significant experience in multicultural environments.
- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Vietnamese labor law, and social insurance.
- Skilled in developing and optimizing HR policies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for high-level influence.
- Proficient English communication.
- Agile, proactive, and adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
