Job Objectives
To plan, develop and implement the sales & services initiatives to drive service quality and enhance service culture within the Emerging Affluent segment:
• To ensure that the principles of Service and & sales floor Management are firmly embedded and practiced within the emerging affluent segment.
• To manage different aspects of the Deposits and wealth Products which have direct impact on the products’ P&L.
• These include product development, coordination of product strategy, pricing structure, implementation of strategy, product management, relationship management and branch network support.
• Be responsible for portfolio balances and product profitability with good understanding of our product pricing structure and strategy.
• To manage campaigns and projects as well as work closely with channels and segment groups to drive deposits business.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development & growth of the Wealth Banking and to ensure quality service and operational effectiveness. You will lead, motivate, and manage a team of Wealth Banking RMs. Client Acquisition team, Workplace banking team in bringing in sales to meet targets.
In addition, you are to ensure adherence of the team to Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements including complying with regulation, bank policy...
In detail:
Lead Wealth banking sale
• Manage and develop team of WB Relationship Managers to farming portfolio to cross sales wealth product, casa, increase customer stickiness
• Manage Client acquisition team to build customer franchise
• Manage workplace banking team to build up payroll qualified salary account,
• Achievement monthly deposits, CASA, Banca, FX, Unit trust
• Strategize and implement acquisition program for RMs.
• Ensure target distribution and create lead for RMs.
• Conduct regular sales meeting and participate on sales strategy meeting with SnD Head
Customer/ Stakeholders:
• Enhance customer satisfaction and feedback through high standards of customer services.
• Managing the service and sales floor and monitoring the office performance.
• Ensure individual review is correctly offered to customer where appropriate.
Leadership/ Teamwork:
• Provision of coaching and guidance to RMs Team within the WB Team.
• Assist the Head of SnD and Head of PFS in the execution of the Retail Strategy, in particularly through staff engagement initiatives and personal career development.
Operational Effectives & Control:
• Responsible for the internal WB Team accreditation and ensuring compliance to regulatory requirement on staff skills competency.
• Constantly looking for innovative ways to improve the service and sales performance of PV Team.
• Effectively balance the need to grow the business whilst maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity ensuring that others do the same.
Job requirements
Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years banking experience and minimum 3 years retail deposit/wealth banking sale Management.
• Have a detailed understanding of the sales performance & capabilities of the team.
• Effectively and continually manage under performance, creating action plans where appropriate with the support & in out of Head of PFS
• Well management of risk, implement and observe the group Compliance policy & controls.
• Experience in Banking, Wealth, Customer Management, KYC and AML solutions.
• Excellent sales leadership skill including coaching and sales activity management on a team.
