We are seeking two positions is Head of Ecommerce & Head of TikTok. Both roles are responsible for KPI and revenue target set by the management
- The Head of Ecommerce will be responsible for daily e-commerce operations, sales strategies planning, and performance management to drive growth and enhance the online shopping experience.
- The Head of TikTok will be responsible for content & creatives, Live streaming planning and management , live streamer recruitment and management, short video ideation and development, KOL/KOC management.
Role Description
1. Head of Ecommerce position:
• Develop long and short-term business strategies for e-commerce to develop the channel and achieve the revenue growth and profit set by the management board.
• Manage daily operation for brand’s online store across all e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Shopify and TikTok.
• Work with marketing to drive traffic to e-store and increase conversion via social media and SEO/SEM.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationship with platform partners (e.g Lazada, Shopee etc) to leverage their promotion tools & campaign for sales.
• Drive e-commerce growth via tactical campaigns with established eCommerce campaign ecosystem (consumer journey) such as 11.11 etc.
• Define and develop KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness.
• Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI and recommend data driven learnings for future campaigns.
• Plan and coordinate with operations and warehouse departments in managing logistics activities, stocks ensuring FIFO principles.
• Responsible for budgetary compliance.
• Any other task assigned by management.
2. Head of TikTok position:
• Research trends, find ideas and analyze the market using TikTok’s internal tools, or accompanying analytics tools to search and propose building video products for sales channels.
• Participate in the ideation and script writing process for filming or photography projects, ensuring that ideas and scripts are consistent with communication goals.
• Monitor campaigns, analyze performance index reports of videos and publications to adjust promotion/ads programs to achieve sales and profit efficiency.
• Manage and lead a team to create engaging and creative content including short video to drive brand awareness and sales conversion.
• Manage livestream sessions, KOLs/ KOCs, live streamers, monitor performance metrics to achieved sales target and stayed up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Any other task assigned by management.

• Graduated from university or above in economics, business administration, e-commerce, or related fields.
• From 5 years of experience working in the management position on e-commerce platforms for brands/ retailers (TikTok, Shopee, etc.).
• Preferably have experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, cosmetic or daily necessities for mothers and babies.
• Good leadership and administration abilities.
• Understanding of online selling operations, stock planning, and development strategies for ecommerce.
• High sense of responsibility and self-discipline, proactive work, promoting integrity in completing work and ability to handle problems.
• Aggressive personality, good communication, good teamwork, and independence.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is a MUST.
2. Head of TikTok requirement:
• Graduated from university or above in economics, business administration, e-commerce, or related fields.
• From 5 years of experience working in the management position on live streaming e-commerce platforms for brands/ retailers (TikTok, shopee, etc).

• Understanding of livestream operations, KOLs/ KOCs management, videos & contents creative for advertising
• High sense of responsibility and self-discipline, proactive work, promoting integrity in completing work and ability to handle problems.
• Aggressive personality, good communication, good teamwork, and independence.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is a MUST.
