Digital Sales and Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Identify and leverage emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
Digital Product Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital lending products, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Define product requirements and collaborate with technology teams to develop innovative digital lending solutions.
• Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Digital Sales and Distribution:
• Lead the development and execution of digital sales channels, including online platforms, mobile apps, and social media.
• Optimize customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive digital sales and ensure effective lead generation and nurturing.
Customer Experience:
• Enhance customer experience through personalized digital interactions and seamless journeys.
• Implement effective customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
• Leverage data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
Team Leadership and Management:
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of digital sales and marketing professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education level, certification: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in digital sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Proven track record in launching and managing successful digital products.
• Experience with data analytics and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
