Head of Department

1. Strategy and Planning

Advise the Board of Directors on the orientation and development strategy of the whole Group;

Develop goals and plans according to the direction of the Group's Management Board;

Operate and be responsible for the performance of the Strategic Planning Department.

2. Plan Management

Research and evaluate the macro and micro economic situation, especially in the field of Real Estate Project Development and related ecosystems to propose annual master plans;

Advise the Board of Directors to establish a system of key indicators (BI) and performance measurement indicators suitable for development requirements;

Advise on an effective Performance Management model, in accordance with goals and directions Multi-industry development of the Group;

Take charge of the management of the annual plan synthesis based on forecasts of the market situation and past data (the implementation of the previous year's plan);

Organize the implementation and guide the allocation of general targets from the Group to Departments, Units and Member Companies;

Synthesize, monitor and manage the Group's system of goals and plans;

Take charge of controlling, synthesizing, and reporting on monthly/quarterly/yearly plan implementation results;

Check and evaluate the effectiveness of plan implementation of Departments, Divisions, Units, Subsidiaries (through action plans, budget plans, etc.);

Report and advise the Board of Directors on solutions for arising issues. Advise and propose adjustments to goals, strategies, action plans, etc. in accordance with market fluctuations.

3. Team management

Manage, train and develop the staff of the Strategic Planning Department;

Update and complete policies, regulations and procedures in assigned fields;

Perform other tasks assigned by the direct Manager.

Graduated from Economics; Construction Economics; Construction or related majors;

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position at FDI Enterprises; Real Estate Investors or EPC General Contractors;

Ability to manage progress, project management and work coordination;

Ability to synthesize, analyze; plan and report;

Quick, honest, dynamic and enthusiastic working style;

Sensitive to indicators, numbers and able to withstand work pressure;

Fluent in English (or Chinese);

Proficient in office software and work-related software.
