Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement long-term brand that align with the company’s overall business goals.
Lead market research initiatives to understand customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Drive brand positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation in the market.
Brand Management
Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand identity, tone, and visual representation.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Manage and grow brand equity through effective brand communication and campaigns.
Campaign Development and Execution:
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with senior leadership to align branding with business strategy.
Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure brand.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and community partners to deliver high-quality initiatives.
Budget Management:
Oversee the brand marketing, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
Track and report on financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.
Team Leadership and Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Identify and develop talent within the team to ensure ongoing capability growth
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and consumer behavior.
Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese languages.
Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Passion for social responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
