[HCM] [Upto 45m gross] UI/UX Developer (Front-End MS D365)

POSITION PURPOSE

The UI/UX Developer (Front-End MS D365) responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. They need to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. As a UI/UX Designer, your tasks will involve understanding user requirements, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design software and wireframe tools.

This position is responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing applications. In-depth research on delivery models and frameworks, technologies, market and industry trends, evaluate software, platforms ensure transactional processes. Lead conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and operational business transformation initiatives, ranging from Corporate and Operational Strategy to Process Improvement. This position is responsible for Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience. Also focuses on process optimization, cost effectiveness, automation and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key duties include:

• User Interface (UI) Design: Ability to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces, including menus, buttons, and other interactive elements.

• User Experience (UX) Design: Familiarity with designing seamless and enjoyable user experiences, considering user goals, pain points, and emotional factors.

• User Research: Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and understand user needs and behaviors.

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to visualize design concepts and interactions.

Attention to detail, a mastery of organization and process optimization, the ability to quickly understand and respond to local regulatory requirements and to work with multiple stakeholders is crucial to the success of this role.

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a relevant field or additional qualifying experience

• Good English Communication

• 2+ years of experience with UI design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision; knowledge of web development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; and familiarity with UI design standards and guidelines like Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, or Bootstrap.

• Experience working with UI Prototyping and Styling: Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction Design and Design Tools.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 application configuration, including customizing.

• Dynamics using plug-ins and custom workflows

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics application architecture and design

• Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS

• Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, or Ruby on Rails

• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools (Photoshop/Gimp) Business skills are a must.
