HCM - Supply Planning Supporter (Part-Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning’s support:

Maintain allocation data on SAP follow procurement frame; monitoring sharing data across systems

Dispatch and answer quotation to customer

Reporting on quotation status during season

In collaboration with other supply actor, adjust order allocation

Other supply-related requirements

Supply’s support:

Finished goods order tracking: monitoring order data across systems, customers, and suppliers

Pricing data maintenance on systems

Inventory management: updating, analyzing, and aligning data in both physical stock at supplier’s warehouse and Decathlon’s systems

Component purchase order tracking and delivery follow up

Other supply-related requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

Good communication skills in English, especially in reading and writing.

Detail-oriented and data driven.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google sheet.

Working times: negotiable (around 20-25 hours/week)
