Job description
Job Summary
To deal with major customers – Supermarkets, Hyper markets, Cash & Carry, convenience stores and to develop the strategic across the country for increasing volume, NSR and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Development
Develop Activation programs based on Company's long term & short-term objectives. Work with customers to ensure the programs aligned by customers and can deliver business results. Maximized marketing & other resources to deliver expected growth for sales, NSR and PROFIT for CCBVL and respective customers.
Customer business analysis/development/management. Half year business review with key customers/ Annual business review with small customers. Work with customers on specific Joint business plans. Analyze/ review customers’ volume/ margin.
2. Performance management
Deliver Key Account on premise sales volume & NSR. Work closely with Region KA teams to monitor weekly/monthly volume. Ensure No Bad Debt and minimize AR overdue.
Establish and develop close business relationships with key stake holders of each and every customer, leading multi tiers relationship between CCBVL CLTs and management team of customers.
3. Assets Management
Manage Company's assets, including Cold Drink Equipment (CDE), Sales Force Automation (SFA) devices, Imentors, POSM (Display rack, …),…in accordance with its process.
Job requirements
* University/Bachelor’s Degree.
* At least 3 years of experience.
* Have a strong business connection to analyze and understand the core business challenges and what can be changed and transformed. Identify and recommend strategies to deliver improvements on key performance indicator for the area.
* Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships.
* Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
* The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
* Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
