Job description
+) Directly participate in the recruitment process, which includes:
• Creating a varied applicant source on recruitment and social platforms.
• Conducting the recruitment process (clarify requirements, identify the appropriate candidate profile, build sources, interview, offer...);
• Implementing procedures for accepting new employees, instructing, and disseminating the company's mechanisms and rules, or carrying out procedures for terminating employees...
• Participate in recruitment branding activities.
• Developing potential candidate sources and expanding cooperation channels.
+) Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures which includes:
• Involve in the development of the company's HR policies
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
• Ensuring compliance with the company's law and regulations
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
• Managing employee separation processes
Job requirements
- Graduating from universities with major in Human Resources Management, Business, or related fields;
- Young, open minded and have a sense of people and business.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Be adaptable and proactive in database development, utilizing candidate search platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobsite, Vietnamwork etc…
- Understanding how to create recruiting content/recruitment brand on recruitment channels such as Jobsite, Facebook, LinkedIn...
- Be proactive and accountable in work;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Diligent and firm high ethical standards.
- Self- motivated, willing to learn, patient, and able to work under pressure
- Strong independent working capability
- Energetic and adaptable
