Job Purpose:

Do time study and motion study to make SAM bulletin and sewing line layout, prepare the FS for loading style and do line balancing analysis to improve efficiency

Job Description:

1. Design appropriate tools to support the manufacturing process to improve the efficiency and ergology

2. Track the efficiency statistics (e.g. general efficiency, off-standard, SAH) and take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of efficiency target

3. Monitor the SAM and operators’ earning level to identify possible ways for continuous improvement

4. Study and roll out Efficiency improvement project in production floor

5. Study, design, renovate the Manufacturing Layout to optimize space utilization

6. Determine the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow

7. Track ETS system to ensure data integrity

8. Set up appropriated process & workflow for all kind of product in sewing line

9. Do Weekly Summary incentive report

10. Lead Trainer and Technician in improve line efficiency and maintain factory production system (Kanban, visual management, work flow)

11. Analyze and process data quickly and effectively

- College or university degree in garment technology or other related majors

- Minimum 06 months of working experience in Garment field

- Prefer candidates living in Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan District
