Group HSE Director

1. Build HSE strategies and policies:

- Build and implement HSE strategy for the entire group, including all subsidiaries.

- Ensure that the policies align with legal regulations and international standards.

2. Manage and monitor HSE activities:

- Manage and monitor all HSE activities at the subsidiaries.

- Ensure all the subsidiaries have effective HSE monitoring levels

- Evaluate and improve HSE processes to minimize risks and labor accidents.

3. Develop and maintain HSE system:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HSE management system.

- Ensure that all subsidiaries comply with group HSE regulations and standards.

4. Evaluation and inspection:

- Carry out regular HSE reviews, inspections and audits.

- Identify and analyze risks, provide preventive and corrective measures.

- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure corrective/preventive measures are implemented fully and on time.

- Ensure HSE discipline is followed throughout the Group.

5. Report:

- Prepare and present periodic HSE reports

- Connect and maintain relationships with authorities and external organizations on HSE issues.

6. Team training and development:

- Recruit, train and develop human resources.

- Ensure that employees are fully and promptly trained and regularly updated with labor safety content

- Establish a culture of safety and HSE awareness throughout the Group.

- Update the latest regulations and training on HSE for yourself and the HSE team throughout the Group.

7. Emergency response:

- Plan and coordinate emergency response activities.

- Ensure that emergency response plans are updated and periodically reviewed

- Bachelor’s Degrees in relevant field, Master’s degree is highly preferred. Certificate(s) related to HSE.

- From 10-year-experience as HSE director for large-scaled manufacturing companies.

- Practical and fundamental knowledges in HSE.

- Solid understanding regarding HSE systems.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different parties and actively practice implementation.

- Knowledge and implementation of compliance standards such as ISO 14001, etc.

- Regularly update with HSE processes, practices and methodologies.

- Strong grasp of relevant HSE and workplace safety regulations.

- Ability to interpret and apply safety laws, standards, and guidance documents.

- Experience in working with authorities and external organization.

- Open to local Vietnamese and expats

- English ability.
