Graphic Design Trainee

JOB PURPOSE:

To deliver high-quality branding and visual communication across various platforms by ensuring that all design requirements from marketing, sales, and other teams are met efficiently.

The Graphic Design Trainee will support the creative development of the brand, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all materials. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative designs that engage customers and enhance the company’s brand image.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop visually engaging and brand-consistent graphic designs for digital and print platforms (social media, website, banners, email campaigns, posters, etc.).

- Support the creation and maintenance of the company's visual identity and ensure its effective execution in all design elements.

- Assist in developing promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and corporate identity designs.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continually improve the visual appeal of marketing materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Educational Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor Degree

- Experience in handling design briefs that required creative solutions to visual challenges, ensuring the brand message is effectively conveyed through innovative design

- Ability to do multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design tools is essential

- Experience in Marketing Department, both offline and offline in Travel and Tourism Industry is a plus point

- Proficiency in both the local language and English for effective communication

- Contract duration: able to commit to 6 months traineeship with work from office (WFO) arrangement
