Global Customer Support
Job description
- Receive requests from world-wide customers via emails, request management systems and phone calls.
- Resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company's system.
- Most customers come from USA, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, China, Turkey, etc...
* Working time:
- Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.
- Work in rotation of 3 shifts and in accordance with the company:
Shift 1: 6 am - 2 pm,
Shift 2: 2 pm - 10 pm,
Shift 3: 10 pm - 6 am.
Job requirements
- Good English; ability to communicate directly with customers.
- Ability to analyze, logical thinking.
- Skillful in using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Priority:
- Experiences in Shipping & Logistics
- Have a good spirit of learning, attitude and responsibility.
- Ability to work long-term.
- Knowledge of IT/ SQL and Database is an advantage
