General Sales - Hospitality

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented General Sales professional to generate leads and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the sales cycle, excels at building rapport and generating leads, and is a skilled negotiator capable of closing deals effectively. A quick learner with a knack for showcasing product offerings in a compelling way is essential. This role requires a personable and professional individual comfortable with presentations, networking events, and trade shows.

Scope of Work:

(a) Lead Generation and Relationship Building (40%)

Develop and implement strategies to expand business in existing and new markets.

Identify prospective accounts and pursue business development opportunities.

Actively promote premium craft spirits and the cocktail culture.

(b) Achieving Sales Quotas (40%)

Manage inbound and outbound communications.

Organize events, conduct product tastings, and provide training at client locations.

Collaborate with back-office teams to provide necessary documentation.

Coordinate with Accounting and Production to manage inventory and production needs.

(c) Maintaining Client Relationships (10%)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Continuously develop product knowledge of craft spirits and sample company products.

(d) Other Tasks (10%)

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.

• Minimum 1 year of sales/F&B experience, specifically within the hospitality sector, including 4-5 star hotels and resorts.

• Demonstrable relationships/connections within the luxury hospitality industry are highly desirable.

• Strong written, presentation, and oral communication skills.

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
