General Manager (New Company)

Our client, a newly set up company, is recruiting General Manager

*Note: On board after Tet holiday

Oversee the full operational cycle of the factory, including production, quality assurance, supply chain, and customer satisfaction.

Lead the factory setup process, including facility layout, equipment installation, and operational processes.

Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the factory meets production targets and aligns with the company's business objectives.

Manage budgets, resources, and workforce to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to support the factory's operations.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and international best practices in manufacturing and safety.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government authorities.

Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost management.

Report directly to the regional or global headquarters and collaborate closely with senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).

At least 7 years of experience in a General Manager or equivalent role within the electronics manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in factory setup and managing the full operational cycle of a manufacturing facility.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure, adapt to challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
