General Manager, Manufacturing Industry (Chinese Native Speaking)

Overview 综述 We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented General Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have and possess successful experience in leading and managing complex operations, as well as a deep understanding of consumer goods (hardware)/home appliances/consumer electronics, quality control and lean manufacturing principles. The General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, building a high-performance management team, and developing a financial budget system to improve efficiency, productivity and quality, while ensuring that the plant adheres to safety and environmental standards. 我们正在寻找一位以战略和结果为导向的总经理来监督我们制造工厂的各个方面。理想的候选人需要具备和拥有在领导和管理复杂运营方面的成功经验，以及对日用消费品（五金）/家用电器/电子消费品等行业质量控制和精益制造原则的深刻理解。总经理将负责制定和实施战略举措，搭建高效能管理团队，制定财务预算体系，以提高效率、生产力和质量，同时确保工厂遵守安全和环境标准。 Responsibility主要职责 • Strategic leadership： Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's overall objectives. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and fosters a team-centric, customer-driven operating environment that drives operational excellence. • 战略规划及执行: 制定和执行与公司总体目标相一致的综合战略计划。 培养持续改进的文化，营造以团队为核心以客户需求为导向的经营环境，推动卓越运营。 • Operational Management: Oversees all aspects of the plant's manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Manages direct reporting teams, including sales, finance, personnel administration, production supervisors, quality control inspectors, and maintenance technicians, providing effective leadership and guidance. Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to streamline operations, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers to foster collaboration and ensure a seamless supply chain. Establish good cooperative relations with major customers in the European and American markets, and participate in customer strategic cooperation meetings and business negotiations on behalf of the company. Oversee quality assurance activities, including product testing, defect analysis, and corrective action implementation. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to guarantee product safety and reliability. • 质量管理： 建立并执行严格的质量管控体系，以确保生产高质量的产品。 监督质量保证活动，包括产品测试、缺陷分析和纠正措施实施。 保持符合行业标准和法规要求，以保证产品的安全性和可靠性。 • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives to improve profitability and enhance financial performance. Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors to optimize procurement costs. Continuously monitor production costs and identify areas for process improvement and resource allocation. • 成本优化： 确定并实施降低成本的举措，以提高盈利能力和财务业绩。 与供应商和销售商协商优惠条件，以优化采购成本。 持续监控生产成本，并确定流程改进和资源分配的领域。 • Technical Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in electronics technology and manufacturing practices. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure product manufacturability and adherence to quality standards. • 工程技术： 对日用消费/电子消费品制造工艺有透彻的了解（家居家电行业制造相关优先），包括组装、测试和故障排除。 及时了解技术和制造实践的行业进步。 与工程和设计团队合作，确保产品的可制造性和遵守质量标准。 • Safety and Environment: Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols to protect employees and prevent workplace accidents. Adhere to environmental regulations and minimize the facility's ecological footprint. • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration/Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or related fields • More than 10 years of production management experience in manufacturing enterprises, more than 5-7 years of director/vice president with comprehensive management experience • Strong communication, coaching and control skills. Good decision-making, planning, organization, coordination and execution skills • More than 3-5 years of experience in the management and manufacturing industry in Vietnam, practical experience in the position of general manager is preferred • Language ability: Chinese proficiency, English /Vietnamese preferred 一．本科以上学历，工商管理/电气工程、电子工程、工业工程、机械或密切相关领域优先 二．具有十年以上型制造企业生产管理经验，5-7年以上总监/副总以综合管理经验 三．较强的沟通、指导和控制能力。良好的决策、计划、组织、协调和执行能力 四．本地化经验，有在越南管理制造行业经验3-5年以上本地化管理经验，总经理岗位实际经验优先 五．语言能力：中文熟练，英语听说读写能力优先，越南语优先
