• Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or HR management.

• Proven track record of leadership in a senior management role.

• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and industry landscape.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

• Fluency in English; Must have experience in Vietnam.

• Relevant bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
