General Manager / Giám Đốc Điều Hành

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion strategies within the die casting industry.

- Establish performance objectives and KPIs to ensure the company's growth and profitability.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and maintenance.

- Manage equipment and technology to optimize production efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance output quality.

3. Financial Management:

- Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

- Work with the finance department to monitor cash flow, profit margins, and capital investment decisions.

4. Sales & Business Development:

- Lead the sales and marketing team to expand the customer base, develop new business, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers

- Monitor market trends and competitors, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage in the die casting industry.

5. Human Resources & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor management team including production managers, project, techniques, business, etc to execute startegic plan and achieve common goal of organization.

6. Quality Control & Compliance:

- Ensure that all production processes comply with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO certifications) and customer specifications.

7. Supply Chain & Vendor Management:

- Oversee procurement of raw materials, machinery, and other resources needed for production.

8. Customer Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved quickly.

- Regularly meet with clients to assess satisfaction and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

- Ensure timely delivery of products and manage after-sales services to ensure long-term customer loyalty.

9. Innovation & Technology:

- Keep up to date with technological advancements in the die casting industry, adopting innovations that improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Request Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA or related) is often preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role, preferably in the die casting industry.

- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot production issues, make quick decisions, and lead process improvements.

- Language Skills: Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English, especially for managing international clients and suppliers.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Vietnamese labor laws, environmental standards, and other relevant regulations.

- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industries that utilize die casting products, such as automotive, electronics, machinery, and consumer goods.

- Networking: Strong connections within the die casting and manufacturing sectors, both locally and internationally, to support business development and strategic partnerships.
