General Manager (Contact Lens Division)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Contact Lens division. The ideal candidate will have a background in the eyewear industry, strong operational management skills for retail chains and online channels, and proficiency in English or Chinese. This role involves overseeing the entire business unit, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the contact lens division.

• Operational Management: Oversee the operations of retail chains and online sales channels, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, build partnerships, and expand the business both locally and regionally.

• Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective campaigns and promotions for the contact lens product lines.

• Customer Experience: Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, financial performance, and KPIs to achieve revenue and profit targets.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the eyewear industry, preferably in contact lenses or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing retail chains and online sales channels.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving business goals.

• Excellent communication skills in English or Chinese (both written and spoken).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
