Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager (Consumer Goods) to lead our organization towards sustainable profitability and growth. This role involves comprehensive oversight of our operations, from P&L management to cross-functional leadership, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Profitability: Take charge of full P&L management, focusing on volume, gross margin, fixed costs, payroll, and net profit to ensure financial success.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to create a cohesive and high-performing organization.
• Strategic Visionary: Develop and implement strategies that align with our long-term and short-term goals, steering the company towards a profitable future.
• Innovative Operations: Plan and execute cost-effective operations and market development initiatives that propel business growth and operational efficiency.
• Sales Strategy Expert: Design and implement innovative sales strategies that drive revenue and market share.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee the financial performance of the business unit, managing investments and commercial activities to maximize returns.
• Logistics and Distribution Management: Ensure efficient logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations that comply with industry standards.
• Performance Excellence: Set ambitious sales targets and monitor progress, driving the team to exceed expectations.
• Team Empowerment: Inspire and motivate teams to enhance productivity and engagement, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
• Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with shareholders, business partners, and regulatory authorities to enhance business opportunities.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the organization.

Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher is essential.

• Market Insight: In-depth understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and sales processes to inform decision-making.
