Planning & Financial Management
● Develop a budget and human resource plan to meet the objectives of business targets.
● Develop business, marketing, and customer service plans.
● Create action plans that align with the company’s strategic development direction.
● Formulate strategies to increase revenue across all areas, including room sales, F&B outlets (restaurant and sky bar), and events.
● Oversee annual financial and budget targets across all departments.
● Manage the cost of operations and investments efficiently, including F&B and hotel services.
Sales & Marketing
● Lead and oversee all sales strategies, driving both direct bookings and third-party partnerships.
● Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities, targeting international and domestic markets.
● Foster relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and local businesses to increase room occupancy and event bookings.
● Develop and implement strategies to market the hotel's restaurant and sky bar, ensuring they attract both hotel guests and external patrons.
Restaurant & Sky Bar Management
● Supervise the overall operations of the hotel's restaurant and sky bar, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
● Work with the F&B team to develop seasonal menus, special events, and promotions that reflect local cuisine while enhancing the guest experience.
● Oversee staff training to ensure consistent service excellence and compliance with food safety standards.
Implementation and Supervision
● Guide, supervise, and inspect operations, ensuring compliance with approved regulations, rules, and procedures.
● Oversee the provision of customer services to ensure high-quality guest experiences, including resolving complaints effectively.
● Ensure that all business data collection and storage comply with company regulations.
● Report all business activities to the Owner periodically and advise on facility repairs, renovations, or upgrades.
● Direct and supervise security, fire prevention, and environmental protection, ensuring a friendly and safe environment.
Human Resource Management and Development
● Recruit, manage, and develop all hotel staff.
● Build organizational structures, recruit, train, and manage personnel, aligning with the business strategy.
● Develop employee reward systems and maintain a positive atmosphere.
● Ensure staff across all departments, including F&B, sales, and hotel services, are supported and developed.

REQUIREMENTS
● A bachelor’s degree is required.
● Proficiency in English is a must.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Fluency in Hotel Management Software
● At least 6 years of experience in the industry (preferably in a similar position).
● Ability to foster trust, inspire collaboration, and drive results.
