General Accountant

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions accurately and efficiently.

• Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance and proper records are maintained.

• Coordinate with an outsourced financial team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Review financial reports and statements to support decision-making.

• Assist in the budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices.

• Provide support during audits and assist in resolving any discrepancies.

• Maintain organized financial documents and ensure confidentiality.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working with outsourced teams is a plus.
