You will be a valued member of our HR & GA Team, and handle the tasks as below:
• Office administrative management in Hanoi Office (Welcome guests, incoming call, car arrangement, meeting room…)
• Organize/support in company events, activities
• Check and input admin expenses for Hanoi office
• Employee attendance management in system
Job requirements
• University degree
• Last year student or fresh graduates
• Commitment to Internship period: minimum 3 months
• Can use English, Canva
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, customer service mindset
