Frontend Manager

Oversee and guide the front-end engineering team. Develop and execute strategies for front-end development. Maintain high standards of code quality and optimize application performance. Work closely with departments like backend, QA, and product to ensure cohesive development.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proficient in English 5+ years of experience in front-end development for web and mobile applications Experience managing a front-end team of 10 or more members Expertise in Angular and TypeScript for web development Skilled in Swift and Kotlin for mobile app development Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries/frameworks Understanding of state management, application architecture, and UI/UX design principles Proven leadership abilities to guide and build a cohesive engineering team, fostering teamwork and culture Experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong project management capabilities to ensure timelines and quality standards Ability to define strategic direction for front-end development aligned with company goals Creative thinker, skilled in offering technical solutions and optimizing performance Dynamic, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn new technologies Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple projects concurrently
