Freight Pricing Executive

Responsibility

• Work directly with Shipping line/ NVOCC/ Co- Loader to get the better rate for SEA/ AIR shipment

• Work directly with agents oversea to get the rate.

• Types of goods accessed: Air cargo/ LCL/ Normal container/ Reefer container/ Special container FR, OT/ Bulk / RORO / DG.

• Compare and make the best choice for each request: price, schedule, TT, Dem/Det, Space, Equipment

• Work with suppliers on payment terms Complete contracts for each project / each year.

• Coordinate with sales team and document team to process shipments.

• Handle any problems that arise in shipment with Shipping line/Agent.

• Ensure accurate data entry into the CEA system

• Report monthly goods status

• Other tasks as assigned by department head/director

• Prefer candidates with experience in pricing oversized & overweight cargo, special cargo (BULK, RORO).

• Strong negotiation skills, market price analysis, and careful data entry into Excel for quotation files.

• English communication skills for working with shipping lines and international partners.

• Prefer candidates with connections with shipping lines and carriers.

• Ability to work under high pressure, ensuring fast, accurate, and comprehensive quotations.
