Forwarding Manager (Esp. Amazon Fba Shipments to U.S)

- Work with overseas agents, carriers, consolidators and related parties to handle import/export shipments smoothly. (Ocean & Air)

- Check schedules, place booking with the carriers and organize shipments include good market rates. (Ocean & Air)

- Handle documentary tasks (Ocean & Air) such as submit SI, AMS, EDI, draft BL, invoices include CLP (Container Load Plan)

- Handle freehand cargo with D terms. (DDP, DAP, DPU)

- Counseling and Handle Amazon FBA Cargo.

- Cooperate with customers for all necessary procedures to handle their inquiries. Maintain a good service and relationship with customers.

- Monitor shipment status and report.

- Input shipment data into the company system.

- Other tasks assigned by management.

- At least 6 years of experience in Forwarding company, having customs clearance and E-commerce (Amazon FBA) experiences are advantaged.

- Bachelor’s degree of university graduate preferred with foreign trades, international trading.

- Proficient in office informatics software, internet, email, MS office.

- Good command of English both spoken and written; Korean is a plus

- Worked as Team leader in the same field experience is advantaged.
