Job description
1. Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on business development with external customers across multiple languages, including but not limited to Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and English.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain a prospect list to plan and ensure future business growth.
• Manage and coordinate RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Represent the company in interactions with clients, clearly communicating policies and services.
• Deliver sales presentations to potential customers and business communities, showcasing the company's products and services.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling efforts within the existing customer base to enhance account potential, covering airfreight, sea freight, road freight, value-added services, and contract logistics.

3. Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
• University/College graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the logistics industry or relevant knowledge of sales logistics
• Proficiency in multiple languages (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, English). Fluency in English is an advantage.
Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication skills, both written (email) and verbal.
