drive product innovation and enhance our offerings, ensuring they are aligned

with customer needs and market trends.

Position Overview:

The Fintech Innovation Product Manager will lead the development, management,

and continuous improvement of Vietpay's fintech and digital banking products

tailored for small businesses. This role involves direct interaction with

customers to gather feedback, introducing innovative solutions, and closely

collaborating with the technology team to provide product specifications and

requirements. Additionally, the Product Manager will track market trends,

conduct competitive analysis, and define pricing strategies to keep Vietpay’s

offerings competitive.

1. Product Development & Innovation

o   Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring all

products are aligned with Vietpay's mission and meet the needs of Vietnamese

small businesses.

o   Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement

based on customer feedback, market trends, and technological advancements.

o   Define and prioritize product features and improvements,

balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

2. Customer Engagement & Requirements Gathering

o   Engage directly with customers to understand their unique

challenges, gather insights, and test product ideas.

o   Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups to ensure the

voice of the customer is integrated into product development.

o   Act as the bridge between customers and the technology team,

translating customer requests and insights into clear product specifications.

3.  Collaboration with Technology Team

o   Work closely with the technology team to communicate product

requirements, specifications, and desired outcomes.

o   Oversee the development process, ensuring that technical teams

have the information and support needed to deliver high-quality products.

o   Participate in regular development meetings to track progress,

address roadblocks, and make adjustments as needed.

4.   Competitive Analysis & Market Research

o   Conduct thorough market research to understand current trends,

competitive offerings, and new technologies in the fintech and digital banking

sectors.

o   Perform ongoing competitive analysis to identify product gaps

and opportunities for differentiation in the Vietnamese market.

o   Develop pricing strategies based on competitive analysis,

customer value, and profitability goals.

5.       Performance Tracking & Optimization

o   Establish and monitor key performance metrics for product

adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall impact on business growth.

o   Gather and analyze data to evaluate product performance,

identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.

o   Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on

product performance and market positioning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

• Must be a native speaker in Vietnamese.

• Must have very good English speaking skills.

• 5+ years of experience in product management within fintech, digital banking, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering innovative products.

• Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and digital banking products, particularly as they relate to small and micro businesses.

• Proven experience in product management within banking, digital payments, mobile app design, and Fintech industries.

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design, with a demonstrated ability to create seamless user experiences and develop clear, actionable product specifications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles and collaborating with technical teams and the ability to collaborate effectively with international software developers.

• Analytical mindset with experience in competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and market research.

• Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools, and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
