Our client is looking for a Financial Controller - who will drive financial excellence by ensuring compliance with IFRS and VAS standards, establishing strong control frameworks, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role will play a pivotal role in building scalable processes and systems while contributing to the organization's digital transformation. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced. Description This role will include but not limited to: * Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS and VAS standards * Mentor and develop finance and accounting staff, providing training to enhance their expertise in IFRS and VAS. * Oversee and enhance group-wide budgeting and forecasting processes. * Maximize ERP system functionality, implementing automation and improving reporting capabilities to support strategic decisions. * Drive the development and enhancement of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and scalability across the organization. * Provide financial insights and risk assessments to support growth initiatives, including M&A activities and market expansion. * Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring smooth and efficient audits. Profile * Bachelor in Finance and Accounting. CA certificate is a MUST * Experienced in intercompany * Minimum 8+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in a multinational environment. * Strong understanding of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
