Financial Analyst

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

Spartronics Viet Nam is currently looking for a talented Financial Analyst to do Costing & Financial Analysts job. The financial analyisis will focus on profitability & cash flow in the business

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, esspecially costing

- Maintaining accurate inventory records, reconciling physical inventory counts with recorded inventory levels, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

- Allocate product-related costs, such as PPV, IRV, Freight-in, Production Variance, Shop Supplies to appropriate products to ensure accurate product costing and profitability analysis.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare financial budgets and forecast including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Conduct variance analysis to monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

- Provide financial guidance and support for management teams to ensure alignments with budget and forecasts.

- Assess financial performance and provide business key insights through conducting variance & KPIs analysis.

- Participate in ad hoc projects and provide financial analysis as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: Major in Finance and Accounting. ACCA, CPA, CMA student is a big advantage.

- Experience: Have at least 4 years in a foreign invested company. Experience in Audit firm is highly desirable. Have at least 3 years in an equivalent position.

- Skills:

* English skills: Good Written and spoken English skills (equivalent of IELTS 5.0, TOEFL iBT 65 & TOEIC 600).

* Computer skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoints.

* Other skills: time management, strong emotional intelligence, ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
