Finance Manager (Upto 4000$)

- Participate in the overall management of the company at the senior management level. Advise the managing director and the CFO proactively on all financial matters.

- Manage a complete accounting system of the highest international standards and in compliance with Vietnamese law and accounting regulations.

- Responsible for Month-end closing and reporting within deadlines

- Provide adequate training for and supervise staff in the accounting department and ensure the highest performance of the whole team.

- Ensure the company is promptly updated on tax and relevant information and to fulfil both international and national tax and financial report obligations

- Ensure that the company’s regulations on financial transactions are always strictly applied by all staff.

- Prepare budgets for the company’s activities and keep the management continuously updated on the financial status of the company.

- Liaise with local authorities on all financially related matters

- Assist other department with financial evaluation

- Exercise stringent internal auditing to protect the company of any kind of loss due to fraudulent practices

- Responsible for annual report and cooperation with external auditors

- Insight in transfer pricing principles

Requirement:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Honest, diligent, self-confident

- Graduated from University in economics, finances

- Having good knowledge of International and Vietnamese accounting standards

- Understanding of Vietnamese tax sys

- Solid experience with SAP

- Excellent working skill with Excel, good command of English.

- Able to work well with other department in Company as well as in the Group
