Finance Executive

Contribution that we seek from the candidate:

Rolling forecast and Medium to Longer term Planning

o Support to Finance manager to prepare of monthly Rolling Forecast P&L by product lines working closely with cross functional team to ensure it reflects assumptions impacting the latest business & supply dynamics

o Support to Finance Manager for of 3 to 5 years’ plan working with cross functional team and able to illustrate the plans both financially and non-financially

o Assist line manager to set and aligning key measures to ensure delivery of commitment against the forecast and plans

o Analysis and explanation of forecast from version to version and against corresponding comparatives

o Ability to illustrate such analysis and explanation linking to business conditions

Support Line manager to perform month end closing, Management & Statutory Reporting

o Preparation of monthly journals and collecting supporting documents to be submitted to Finance Shared Services for review and approval

o Analysis of actual results and explanation against expectations / forecast

o Taking corrective actions month to month to ensure delivery against commitment

o Support in the Cluster management reporting, Statutory or Internal audits and local regulatory requirements

Business Partnering

o Work with cross functional team to ensure delivery of Top and Bottom line commitment

o Tracking and controlling OPEX across the organization including verification of claims by distributors

o Setting, enforcing & improving controls and processes to ensure effective & efficient deployment of organization resources

o Support the preparation of business cases or simulations evaluation resource allocations across the organization

o Participate in business plan meetings and provide inputs and challenges to the team to contribute to diverse viewpoints

o Set in place any tools to guide team in achieving organizational goals and objectives

Who You Are

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance

- At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in the fields of Finance FP&A in MNC FMCG may be an added advantage

- In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRS

- Good team player and able to work and communicate with cross functional team

- Independent & resourceful plus ability to multi-task & prioritize, attention to detail and follow-through

- Technically skilled and mathematically inclined with a passion at crunching numbers; and thereafter the ability to animate & convey stories from the numbers is an added advantage

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Commercial & Business Acumen coupled with critical thinking
