Finance Assistant

- Financial Management & Control: Support others by carrying out simple financial monitoring tasks.

- Data Collection & Analysis: Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification.

- Insights and Reporting: Perform basic data reporting tasks to support others by using established procedures.

- Budgeting & Costing: Track budgets and monitor data using budgeting system and protocols.

- Internal Communications: Exchange information with people by having courteous interactions with them.

- Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols: Support the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.

- Recommendations: Identify changes that may need to be made to ensure the organization is in compliance.

Background: Bachelor’s Degree in core Finance, Accounting or equivalent

Work Experience:

* Experience in a manufacturing company is preferable.

* Experience with cost controlling or internal control system or related oil & gas industry or nitrogenous fertilizer industry is an advantage.

* Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
