Job description
- Handle Air/sea export shipment from Vietnam to Oversea
- Follow export shipment, contact to carrier/coleader to get booking confirmation, send booking confirmation to LG and related parties.
- Submit SI,VGM, EDI...to carrier/coleader on time.
- Take care correct document for each shipment
- Input data to system, tracing shipment and follow payment if any.
- Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
- To handle other tasks assigned by Team leader.
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Foreign Language/ Foreign Trade/ Finance or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in the logistics field.
- Being able to work under high pressure.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service orientation
- Good at English
