• R&D: Continuously developing new products in the air care and kitchen appliance sectors, including air conditioners, fans, dehumidifiers, range hoods, solar water heaters, induction cookers, rice cookers, and air fryers.

open a new, larger-scale factory in 2025.

2. Job Description
Market Analysis
• Conduct PESTLE, Five Forces, and SWOT analyses.
• Derive lessons from successful and failed companies within the industry.
Proposing Market Development Ideas
• Recommend which products in the company’s portfolio are suitable for the target market.
• Propose implementation methods.
Market Development Implementation
• Search for customers/distributors through various channels.
• Develop sales materials and proposals.
• Drive sales, retain customers, and support customer growth.
Meetings and Reporting
• Comply with the company and department’s operational and management reporting requirements.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Attend meetings as per company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduated with a major in Economics from universities such as Foreign Trade University, University of Foreign Languages, University of Economics, University of Commerce, Hanoi University, etc.
• Proficient in Incoterms 2010, customs law, and commercial law.
• At least 2 years of experience in export sales.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Skilled in using computers and application software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., and specialized software).
• Understands electronic customs declaration processes.
• Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
• Ability to establish credibility with customers.
• Able to handle high-pressure work environments.
