Viet Haus is a young and dynamic trading company specializing in exporting high-quality organic food ingredients, including spices, herbs, fruits, and sweeteners ... from Vietnam to international markets. We’re looking for an Export Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our reach globally. If you have a passion for organic agriculture, international trade, and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
• Identify new sales opportunities and markets for agricultural exports, especially organic products.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from inquiries to closing deals and after-sales support.
Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Provide input to improve pricing strategies and product positioning.
Export Operations:
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and export documentation compliance.
• Monitor shipping schedules, payment terms, and client satisfaction.
Communication and Reporting:
• Act as the main point of contact for international buyers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in agriculture or food products.
Skills:
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals with international buyers.
• Knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and trade regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.
