Expert, Construction Inspection

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Inspection Expert to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, conducting inspections, and ensuring that the work is completed to specifications, local building codes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed inspections of construction sites and work performed to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Review construction plans and specifications to ensure that the project adheres to required standards.

Conduct on-site inspections at various stages of construction, documenting findings and reporting discrepancies or issues.

Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to construction quality and safety.

Prepare and submit inspection reports, including non-compliance issues and corrective actions.

Provide expert guidance on construction methodologies, materials, and techniques to ensure optimal results.

Advise on compliance with environmental and safety regulations and standards.

Track and monitor progress of construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.

Assist in the preparation of bids, estimates, and cost control procedures as required.

Keep up-to-date with industry standards, new materials, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction inspection, quality control, or related fields.

Professional certifications preferred.

In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project management.

Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
